During his eight years in executive office, Uduaghan championed his administration’s signature “Delta Beyond Oil” initiative, focusing on infrastructural development, healthcare improvements, human capital empowerment, and economic diversification beyond crude oil revenues.
In their statement, the family expressed deep gratitude for his life of dedicated public service, describing him as a pillars of strength, a father figure, and a respected elder. Funeral arrangements and formal tributes from state authorities are expected to be announced in the coming days.
