ABUJA — Hon. Abba Atiku Abubakar, son of former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, has pledged ten campaign buses to support the re-election campaign of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice-President Kashim Shettima ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Abba made the pledge during a visit to the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Secretariat in Abuja, where he was received by the party’s Deputy National Chairman (North), Hon. Bukar Dalori.
The pledge was announced in a statement issued by the APC Senior Special Assistant on Youth Mobilisation, Yusi Buba. According to the statement, the donation is aimed at enhancing grassroots transport logistics and voter mobilization for the ruling party.
”In a demonstration of his commitment to the political engagement ahead of the 2027 general elections, Hon. Abba Atiku Abubakar announced the donation of ten buses to support activities aimed at mobilising support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima in 2027,” the APC statement read.
Speaking at a media briefing in Abuja, Abba—who serves as the founder and chairman of the Haske Bola Tinubu Organisation (HBTO)—also unveiled plans for a two-million-man mobilisation march across the nation’s six geopolitical zones, starting from the Federal Capital Territory.
Abba, who formally defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling APC earlier in January, reaffirmed his complete support for the Tinubu administration’s continuity in office.
